Spider Gerbera Daisy

spider gerbTake a look at the Red Spring Spider Gerbs they have a look all their own and interesting characteristics.   The family Compositae is named such because the flowers are a “composite” of many individual flowers. In Gerberas, the outer “petals” are female and give colour to the flower. The central “petals” are mainly male. Some are hermaphroditic. It is possible to have single, semi-double or double-central flowers with green, brown or black centers.
