China’s Marigolds

The villages located outside of Beijing China in Yanqing County have supplied the Beijing flower market for years, however recently they have expanded the flower fields by thousands of acres. In the fall, the Marigold (a member of the Chrysanthemum family) steals the show! Field after field of the glorious orange flower is a sight to behold. So much so that the Flower Farms have opened their Flower Fields to sightseers, it’s easy to see why this is a popular attraction!
