Flowers are beautiful and inspiring. Artists, designers and other creative types have been using flowers as source of inspiration. Some have even taken up using fresh flowers in their creations; there have been appearances on the fashion runway as haute couture and as art in a botanical garden!
Tasmanian artist Sandra Alcorn, is yet another artist who was inspired by the flowers in her garden. But what sets her apart from other designers is that she isn’t designing her clothes for humans. Instead, she envisions the clothes to fit a garden fairy. In fact, she calls her whimiscal collection, “Garden Fairy’s Wardrobe.”
