Springtime at the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens

The Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is the place to be to celebrate the colourful sights and sounds of Spring! Located in the a luxury hotel in Las Vegas, the Bellagio Botanical Gardens is a beautiful oasis featuring hundreds of seasonal plants and flowers in the 13 500 square feet of space with a 50ft glass ceiling.

The Bellagio works with a team of 140 talented florists and designers to create 5 different displays each year: one of each of the season, plus Chinese New Year. Each display is planned at least a year in advance to ensure all the plants and flowers are available.

This year, the Spring Celebration is open from March 9th until May 11th, 2013. Along with over 800 fresh spring flowers, like daffodils, tulips, and poppies, visitors can look forward to the showstopping butterfly greenhouse with 800 live butterflies. Other stunning pieces include: a 20 feet Dutch windmill, giant flower sculptures, and life-sized floating swans.

Along with the delightful displays, a “Mr. and Mrs. Green Thumb,” garden experts, are on hand to answer any gardening questions. Visitors can also enjoy live musical performances, which take place daily from 5-6pm.

The gardens are open daily, 24 hours and admission is free.
